Kathleen K. Toth, CPA, CDFA founded Toth Financial, LLC to provide financial coaching and support to families facing some of the most difficult and important financial decisions of their lives.  We have a specific interest, as well as training and experience in the emotionally charged area of separation and divorce.  We also offer financial coaching to families in such areas such as budgeting, starting a new business, making a significant purchase (such as a home), saving for retirement and other related areas.

Who are we?

Kathleen K. Toth is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with over 27 years of diverse financial experience.   

Kathleen completed training as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst in 2006 and is credentialed by the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA).  

In 2007, while in Virginia, Kathleen completed Collaborative Divorce and Mediation Training, including advanced family mediation which focuses on the economic issues of separation and divorce.   After moving to Florida in 2008,  Kathleen completed Family Mediation Training certified by the Supreme Court of Florida.  

In 2011 she joined the Collaborative Divorce Institute of Tampa Bay and completed Advanced Interdisciplinary Collaborative Law Training. 

Kathleen is a licensed CPA, in Florida and Virginia, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Florida Institute of CPAs.  As a reflection of her commitment to provide the best in professional service,  Kathleen completes many hours of continuing professional education and ethics training each year.  

Kathleen has the professional skills and personal experience to assist families dealing with life changes.
